Our shipping process
Your Designs by Rose 🌹 earrings are shipped via United Postal Services through a trusted 3rd party service to ensure safe and reliable delivery. We ship from Oswego, New York, United States.
Shipping is one set price, which covers up to approximately 6 sets of earrings, making it easy to order multiple designs!
Order processing time
Because all our earring orders are already completed, please allow 48-72 hours for us to carefully process your order and prepare it for shipping. We take pride in ensuring your earrings are packaged with care.
Satisfaction guarantee & returns
Your satisfaction is our top priority at Designs by Rose 🌹. If you're not completely happy with your earrings, you can return them. Please note that the customer is responsible for paying for the return shipping.
Upon receiving the returned earrings, we will gladly offer a refund, provide another set of earrings of your choosing, or issue a credit toward another set – whichever you prefer!
